November 2018

It’s never too late to make one’s avocation their vocation. The professional career of our man behind the camera, advertisements, websites, and product brochures began more than 30 years ago; not in the mattress industry or a graphic arts studio, but in a personal injury law firm in New York City. Scott not only managed the firm’s day to day operations but he would eventually manage the Company’s desktop computer and case management systems.

Fast forward 20 or so years, Scott made a major life change when he moved to Israel in 2010. The reasons why are less relevant than what was accomplished during his sojourn. Not having the language skills to work in a knowledge-based job in Israel, he turned to his love of technology and set out on an intensive course of organized and personal study in website design, photo editing, and content creation.

Called home by someone in the mattress industry, whose name and familial affiliation we intentionally will not mention, he joined Eclipse International in May of 2016. His projects included work on the Company’s websites and other related media and technologies.

As a member of our BIA family, Scott prefers to give others credit as the driving force in anything the team has accomplished. He would say that the precision of anything he designs is influenced by the style of Armando Murillo, the eclectic thinking of David Tenuta, and the focused and straight to the point personality of Matthew Connolly. On occasion, Scott works with freelancers who assist in the production of photographic and video assets.  Of course, none of this would be possible without the economic and professional-development support from our CEO, Stuart Carlitz.

Presently, Scott is taking courses in advanced photo, video and sound production. Soon the Company hopes to offer more content leveraging today’s technology as a means of staying competitive in the world of digital marketing. All of these services are provided to our licensees as a benefit. Scott loves to talk tech and invites your calls and questions on website development as well as the production of photo and video assets. Scott can be reached at (215) 495-5154.

As so it goes…
